After successfully launching their debut body care product, Anti-Aging Body Oil, founder/creator Marie Veronique Nadeau wanted to offer consumers a variety of products that worked for the entire body. “Our customers love using our products on every inch of their skin. The After Sun Mist and Body Oil utilize the healing properties of lavender essential oil, an ingredient long used as a burn remedy. The After Sun Mist leverages the antioxidant power of green tea to hydrate and limit the extent of sun damage, and Vitamin A from carrot seed to regenerate skin cells.
The After Sun Body Oil contains borage oil for anti-inflammation and moisture retention, and jojoba and avocado oils for replenishing the lipid barrier with essential fatty acids. Aromatic lavender and immortelle essential oils soothe inflamed skin. The combined power of the two formulas seals in moisture and leaves skin supple, smooth and refined.
Like all Marie Veronique Organics products, the After Sun Mist and Body Oil do not contain any harmful chemicals or synthetic fragrances. There are no waxes which can clog pores, no alcohol to dry out skin, and no nut oils, which can go rancid with UV exposure. The ingredients for the After Sun Mist are: green and white tea, orange blossom (neroli) distillate, aloe juice, licorice extract, cosmocil CQ, lavender oil, helichrysum oil, and carrot seed oil.
