Try as you might to defy it, there are a few inevitable things that will happen to your skin as you age.

One important note about retinol: At MVO, we know that too much of a good thing can overwhelm the system. The reason we use a 1% concentration is that the body converts retinol as needed—1% is simply more than you’ll ever use. In our opinion, 2% is mere grandstanding.
Unfortunately, while other products may tout many of these natural ingredients, the benefits are often overwhelmed by synthetics. The most common culprits are propylene glycol to add slip and slide, parabens to give it a long shelf life and synthetic fragrances to make it smell less like a product that had its origins in the sea.
